Acceptance of terms

These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Reved ("we, "us") to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.reved.nz ("the website") effective from 20 October 2022.

We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website at www.reved.nz.

To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.

Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring products for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire products from us via the website for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise).

If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity, such as a company, you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.

All products on the website are copyright. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any product without express written permission from us.

Availability and supply

All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop. 

Refusing or cancelling orders

In the unlikely event that the goods ordered are no longer available, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be delivered within New Zealand.

While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.


All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and do not include Goods and Services Tax ("GST") as we are not currently GST registered. 

Prices stated do not include delivery charges, which will be calculated at checkout when shopping online. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Payment options

At present we only accept payment by online banking/direct credit (for NZ residents only) to the bank account number provided at online checkout and emailed to you when you place an order. Purchases will only be shipped once funds are confirmed in our account.

Shipping and delivery charges

Christmas Delivery
Artwork originals: courier cut-off for Christmas Day is 20 December 2022. Hand delivery around the Auckland Metro area is possible up to 23 December. Orders placed after those times will be delivered as soon as possible after Christmas.
Prints: delivery times subject to printer's capacity. Please email to check if you need a print urgently.

Shipping costs include packaging and tracked courier fees and will be calculated once customers enter their delivery address at checkout. We offer free delivery within the Auckland metro area for limited-edition prints and original paintings. Other products are sent by courier and Standard NZ Post/Courier times apply.

Shipping fee includes careful flat pack or tube packaging (depending on size) and standard courier rates.

At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses. We require a physical delivery address. We cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact and delivery details are correct.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that products are shipped promptly once payment is received into our account. 

Customers will be emailed the courier tracking number once the product is shipped.

Returns and exchanges

Each artwork product sold on the website is a Reved original, limited-edition print or standard print (as stated in the description). Textures and colours of these one-of-a-kind originals may not be accurately captured in the photographs used on the website, given the challenges with angles and lighting when photographing originals which may be colour graded for online viewing, but we are confident you will find the quality of the product in real life exceeds that depicted on the site. You are welcome to email us for additional photos or information about the artwork before completing your purchase.

If an artwork product is damaged in transit, please contact us by email within five days of receiving your product (this must match our product delivery confirmation) and include photographs of the packaging and damaged artwork. As all Reved products are originals, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges of Reved original paintings and limited-edition prints are not possible. Standard prints and notecards may be replaced, subject to availability, if damaged in transit providing the above-mentioned process to notify us is followed.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

Privacy policy and confidentiality

Reved is committed to protecting your privacy. You have a right to view and update any personal information we hold about you. Your information will be held and dealt with in accordance with this policy and the Privacy Act 1993.

We may use personal information (name and contact details) that we collect about you to provide products and services to you and to administer orders and payments relating to your purchases from us.

Where you have provided information to us on a confidential basis, we will hold that information securely in confidence, except as required by law.

Your personal information will not be sold to any third party but relevant personal information will be shared with third parties that perform certain functions on behalf of Reved, such as sending emails, surveys, website analysis, data analysis and processing payments. They cannot use your data for any other purpose, unless you have specifically given them consent to do so.

Reved is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third party.

Our website is hosted on the Website World (Web Widgets Ltd) platform. Website World provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored securely through Website World’s data storage, databases and the general Website World applications. You can read Website World's Terms and Conditions here

Unless you opt to receive messages from us we will not contact you again in future. If you have opted to receive ongoing communications and at a later date you no longer wish to receive these communications you will be able to opt out of receiving this information by contacting us by email or by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of emails sent to you.

Opting out of receiving the above-mentioned messages will not prevent the sending of messages that specifically relate to your order(s).

You have the right to view and change any personal information Reved holds about you at any time. You can do this by emailing info@reved.nz.
